On September 1, 2008, the application was submitted for the development of coaches in the Surinamese society. Collaboration with 14 civil society organizations and the 'Drie Ankers' foundation was established, because it appeared that there was a great need for well-trained coaches in Surinamese society to carry out reintegration activities for people in Suriname with a distance to the labor market. This will mainly reduce the number of unemployed people.
CAUSE:
Structural sustainable development and institutional strengthening of Surinamese reintegration activities for people distant from the labor market using and strengthening the existing social infrastructure and knowledge institutions.
