‘‘Together it works’’

   ‘‘Together it works’’

RESULTS:

In an era when remote working is becoming increasingly normal, DIPSYCA focuses on strengthening the digital and psychological resilience of workers. The project first develops structured learning materials and tools to enhance digital skills needed for effective distance learning. These materials are then tested and refined in a pilot phase. In addition, they are creating tools to develop emotional resilience so that workers can better cope with the challenges of remote working. DIPSYCA also encourages independent learning by offering an open online course. Through these activities, DIPSYCA hopes to create a network of trained professionals, facilitate a thriving online community and ultimately better prepare employees and organisations for the changing work environment.

The project aims to strengthen the digital and psychological readiness of employees to switch to remote or hybrid working.

Objectives:

Develop structured, consistent, visualised learning resources and tools to develop the digital competences needed to work effectively remotely.

Create a set of tools for developing emotional resilience that will help overcome the challenges of working remotely.

Develop an open distance learning course for self-training and self-assessment.

GOALS:

Dipsyca

YEAR:
2022 - 2024
