- Promotion of skills in children such as creative and logical thinking, problem solving and collaboration.
- Active involvement of students in understanding and mastering technologies, not just passive use.
- Understanding of the digital world through programming.
GOALS:
- Improving digital skills and competences of teachers and pupils.
- Integration of coding education at an early age in primary education.
- Address the growing demand for ICT skills in society.
- Supporting transversal skills such as analytical thinking, problem solving and creativity in pupils.
The focus is on preparing young people for the future by teaching them essential coding skills, in line with European Commissioners' call for more focus on coding education in schools.
