RESULTS:
To achieve the proposed goals, the FAST TRACK consortium developed the MOVE UP - MOOC a so-called "Massive Open Online Course" for developing career management skills of adults. This free course is intended to serve as a reference point for individuals and workers in the field of career guidance for the most essential career competences, especially targeting young people between 25 and 40 years old.
FAST TRACK is an Erasmus+ project, designed to help adults become successful in the constantly evolving labour market and help them navigate through advice and information on jobs and training opportunities. But also to offer them individual career support with a variety of training modules and other resources, which they can use for this purpose.
The MOOC included 12 modules (available as PDF documents) incl. 12 videos, 12 tipsheets (or publications), 12 practical activities and a self-assessment per module.

FAST TRACK is een Erasmus+ project, dat bedoeld is om volwassenen te helpen succesvol te worden op de voortdurend evoluerende arbeidsmarkt en hen te helpen om te navigeren door middel van advies en informatie over banen en opleidingsmogelijkheden. Maar ook om hen individuele loopbaanondersteuning te bieden met allerlei training modules en andere bronnen, die zij hiervoor kunnen inzetten.
In de MOOC zaten 12 modules (beschikbaar als PDF-documenten) incl. 12 video’s, 12 tipsheets (oftewel publicaties), 12 praktische activiteiten en een zelfevaluatie per module.
