   ‘‘Together it works’’

RESULTS:

  1. The virtual platform, which will be developed within this project, is the support system for the development of model courses using the FLIPPING FIRST concept. The platform will also be available to teachers and students, who want to develop their own educational modules using this way of so-called "blended learning".

  2. Development of various templates for teaching modules. These include video and animation resources, meaning that the script and video are developed by the teacher himself or herself. Everything is offered as an 'Open Educational Resource' and can thus be easily used by teachers and students free of charge. This material is used to run modules in each partner country.

  3. Development of 6 courses using "Flipped teaching" - teacher training and training of MBO students 6 courses will be created, 2 teacher training courses (2 in entrepreneurship and 2 in tourism).

  4. Development of a promotional video. Video on "Flipped teaching", which will be an opportunity to promote the project and the motivation behind the project FLIPPING FIRST and demonstrate the practical application of this innovative concept.

  5. Research and reports on conducting training using "Flipped teaching" Research will be conducted and reports will be written on the use of the "Flipped Classroom methodology", aimed at evaluating and validating the use of this concept in mainstream education.

  6. Handbook on "Flipped Teaching" Handbook of knowledge, experience and recommendations gained and collected within this project and collection of good practices and own material of the project partners.

The aim of the project is to promote and use the 'Flipped Classroom method' in youth education and training. The innovative approach will be popularised through this project. The products developed under the project will be innovative and can be used in a wide range. Creating a framework for developing less classroom-oriented resources and courses will enable personalisation and contribute to inclusive education.

The subject of the project is so-called Flipped Teaching, an innovative learning method. The project aims to use this innovative method within vocational education of both trainee teachers and students, but the "open educational resources" developed could also be of interest to other target groups, such as students in higher education and the 14-16 age group not involved in education, employment and training. It could also be used for "inclusive education" and vulnerable students.

1By including entrepreneurship training in educational institutions of partner countries, where this has not been done so far, the project addresses 2 problems at once in these countries, namely unemployment and drop-out youth.

Ensuring to change teachers' teaching methods and integrate more active methods and new formats of teaching tools in their lessons.
