‘‘Together it works’’

   ‘‘Together it works’’

RESULTS:

  • Improving transparency and recognition of competences in these sectors within Europe;

  • Standardising the assessment criteria to enable a good certification method in Europe within this sector;
    Ensuring an increase in the number of skilled workers for the whole of Europe in this sector;

  • Promoting a more sustainability-oriented way of working within this sector in Europe;

  • Dissemination and implementation of project results in the electrical, installation and maintenance sector on a European basis;

  • Sustainable transfer of project results through an interactive web portal.

Transferring knowledge and innovation between MBO and MBO-related organisations regarding inspection and certification of personnel for installations, with more than 12 Kw and thus optimising their competence profiles and this should finally ensure up-to-date training material in the electro sector for installation and maintenance.

In partner countries, up-to-date professional competence profiles, training materials and methodology for learning new innovative skills to inspect, maintain and certify facilities are important, but are also only partially in place. Although there is a great need for well-qualified personnel to carry out these inspections, it is therefore necessary to develop methodologies to meet this demand. These personnel need to be trained and certified throughout Europe, with this being done first in partner countries.
