RESULTS:

Promoting career prospects and the development of entrepreneurial competencies;

Making available a sectorally recognizable educational offering for entrepreneurs / self-employed people, both in VT and BBL education;

By means of ''blended learning'' (integration of practice and theory by means of contact hours as well as e-learning) innovate the educational offer and the learning environment;

To have the business community, educational and knowledge institutions and experts engage in sustainable cooperation;

Carrying out 2 regional pilot projects with a total of at least 60 participants;

Disseminate results nationwide.
A competency-based assessment framework (P scales) was designed by Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA) in the UK to create a means of monitoring the progress of learners with special educational needs, who are unable to achieve qualifications on the 'normal' route. The P scales (Achievement Scales) are written in the style of competency-based qualifications and as such they provide a ready-made structure for certification of even 'special' learners. In the United Kingdom, The Learning Machine (TLM) has created an affordable system of certificates based on so-called P-scales so that learners with special educational needs can measure their performance in the same way as their mainstream counterparts. The integration of this method of qualification and certification is also essential in the rest of Europe to give students with special educational needs an opportunity in mainstream educational institutions.
To provide affordable innovative methods and techniques for qualification and certification to learners with special needs within the EQF (European Qualification Framework). And so to ensure, that these students can also attend regular educational institutions and are no longer excluded from participating in this form of education.
