PARTNERS:

RESULTS:

  • Exchange knowledge on the three different projects involved in the Cluster project, namely iLAEBOR (Pro Work involved), GAPS and VXM;

  •  Organising a dissemination event in France with 200 visitors related to working with 'disadvantaged' young people;

  •  Writing a publication on the findings of the Cluster project, describing the exchange and new developments.

The first aim of this cluster project is to share and promote the deployment of the tools developed during phase 1 in the 2Seas projects and these insruments will be identified, transferred and mobilised. These tools include: mobility tools (administrative, financial and pedagogical management of mobility programmes), training materials to coach people and mainly media training to present themselves and seek employers. The aim is thus to combine the different results of different projects into a so-called toolbox that any organisation can use to develop the employability and skills of 'disadvantaged' young people.

This cluster will respond to the perceived need among 'disadvantaged' young people by the partners, such as: 1. Addressing the social exclusion of those with fewer opportunities or from disadvantaged areas; 2. Facilitating the development of soft skills of young people; 3. Exchanging cross-border projects for the common good; 4. Empowering young people through mobility, media skills and job coaching. This intervention targets young people aged between 18 and 30 and the cluster will be valorised through a major cross-border event, organised in collaboration with volunteers and trainees. The aim is to evaluate the results of the projects back in relation to policy-making by delegates such as European authorities. All this to raise citizens' awareness of the possibilities of EU programmes and to present results in the field of social inclusion, by promoting learning by doing and developing social/soft skills.
